Refurbished and extended semi-detached property in quiet street off Malone Road.The property was in a very poor state of repair when purchased. We extended the kitchen and altered the internal walls to incorporate a utility room and downstairs toilet. A new bathroom was installed and house was re-plastered from top to bottom. New doors and architrave was fitted throughout. A contemporary kitchen with marble worktops and splash backs was installed.

Sean took his first steps in property development by buying and refurbishing his own house and repeating the process 3 times and in a year (much to his wife's upset).

The resale prices achieved for properties he has developed are a testament to the quality of the work. His ethos is to complete work on clients properties as if they were his own home.

He only employees experienced tradesmen and manages projects to be completed on time and on budget.
